TERMS & CONDITIONS
The sales conditions are agreed between DOMUS CAPITAL SA (owner of the QUINAS brand), headquartered at Rua Bouça dos Estilhadouros nº205 4445-044 Alfena, legal person number 509107532, and between anyone wishing to make a purchase through the website www.cervejaquinas.com, hereinafter referred to as “user” or “customer”.
The use of the Webite by any User will be governed by the Terms and Conditions duly made available and any questions regarding data protection and privacy relating to the processing of personal data for the purposes of these Conditions can be consulted in the respective sections of the Privacy Policy made available on the website.
DOMUS CAPITAL SA reserves the right to change and update these General Conditions without prior notice, subject to the limitations provided for in these Conditions.
1.PURPOSE
The purpose of these conditions is to define the general sales conditions established between DOMUS CAPITAL SA and the User, from the time of ordering and the various services provided, such as payment methods and delivery conditions.
2.ORDERING PROCEDURE
2.1 The User may place their order online, on the website www.cervejaquinas.com, which is currently available for sale in mainland Portugal.
2.2. To complete your order, the User must identify himself by indicating his e-mail address or his Customer number and password, in case he is already a user. In the case of a first order, the user must create his/her customer account by making a first registration where he/she must fill in all the requested data in the mandatory fields, duly marked with an asterisk.
2.3 By placing the order, the User expresses acceptance of the general conditions of sale, prices and description of the items included in this transaction. These general conditions of sale will be the only ones applicable between the two parties.
2.4 Without prejudice to the Right of Free Resolution provided for in these Conditions, the User may request the cancellation of the Order in the Online Store, until the time of preparation of dispatch of the Products, for this purpose, and contact DOMUS CAPITAL SA through the defined communication channels in these Conditions.
3.PRODUCTS
3.1 The User understands and accepts that the images of the Products may not be perfect and fully representative of the actual characteristics of the Product, recognizing that the images are for illustrative purposes only and undertakes to carefully and fully read the description of how their characteristics.
3.2 The user may Order the Products that are in the online catalog of the Online Store, unless there is a shortage of stock.
3.3 Despite all care, the products available on the Online Store have a limited stock and may be unavailable without prior notice.
3.4 In the event of a stockout occurring after payment of the Order, DOMUS CAPITAL SA will contact the User with a view to scheduling the respective delivery as soon as the Product is available or for a refund under the terms of these Conditions.
4.PRICES
4.1 Product prices on the website www.cervejaquinas.com are presented in euros, with taxes and fees included.
4.2 The Price of the Products presented is subject to Value Added Tax (VAT) in accordance with the applicable legislation and in force on the date of order.
4.3 The Total Price of the Products visible on the invoice includes fees and taxes, additional transportation charges, postage or delivery charges, or any other charges that may apply.
4.4 Although DOMUS CAPITAL SA makes every effort to ensure that the Prices appearing in the Online Store are correct, programming errors, malfunctions in the computer system (machine) or message deformation (including writing errors) may occur.
4.5 If DOMUS CAPITAL SA detects an error in the Total Price of the Ordered Products, the User will be informed as soon as possible and will be given the option of confirming the Order again with the correct information or terminating the Contract in accordance with the terms of these Conditions.
5.PAYMENT
5.1 All orders placed must be paid in advance, using the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, MBWay or Multibanco reference.
6.SHIPMENTS
6.1 Orders will be sent to the customer’s destination depending on the place of delivery, which may add shipping costs that will be generated at the end of the order depending on the value of the order and campaigns in force.
6.2 The average delivery period is from 2 (two) to 5 (five) business days. Any delay in the shipment of the products, given the estimated dates presented, does not grant the User any right to indemnity.
7.SIGNATURE AND PROOF
All existing computerized records, kept in the IT systems of DOMUS CAPITAL SA in secure conditions, will be considered as proof of the communications, orders and payments made between the parties, in accordance with the legal provisions and will allow the payment of the amounts that appear in the order confirmation email. This validation is valid as signature and acceptance of all operations carried out on the website www.cervejaquinas.com

9.PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

10.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
QUINAS brand items (brand owned by DOMUS CAPITAL SA) are protected by copyright, trademarks or patents. All these elements are the exclusive property of DOMUS CAPITAL SA.
11.COMPLETE AGREEMENT
The General Conditions of Sale presented constitute the entire agreement between the parties concerned.
If one of the clauses becomes null and void, due to a legislative, normative or sentence change, this should in no way affect its validity and respect.
12.DURATION
The conditions presented apply throughout the duration of the products offered by DOMUS CAPITAL SA.
