RETURN & REFUND POLICY
1.Return (free withdrawal right) and refund
1.1. All items delivered may be subject to a request for return and refund, within 14 days, counting from the day that you acquire physical possession of the Product/s;
1.2. The Customer may electronically fill in and send the Free Termination Right form template provided for in Decree-Law No. 24/2014, of February 14, or any other unequivocal statement of termination (“Declaration of Termination”) through of the communication channels defined in these Conditions;
1.3. The return by the Customer (without collection at home) of any small and medium-sized Product must be carried out within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) days after the communication of the decision to terminate the Contract pursuant to the Right of Free Termination, and the Customer shall return the Order Products immediately under the terms defined in the chapter referring to the exchanges and return of Products in these Conditions;
1.4. The refund, after validating the reason for the return, by default, will be made up to 8 working days after receiving the product at our facilities.
1.5. This will be made using the same payment method used in the purchase. In the case of payments made by Multibanco, the refund will be made by bank transfer using the IBAN provided by the customer.
2.Return and Exchange of Products
2.1. DOMUS CAPITAL SA undertakes to exchange or accept the return of Products that show defects and/or damage at the time of delivery or are not in compliance with the Order for an identical or different Product, when requested by the Customer to exchange for a Product of equal or greater value with payment of the respective difference;
2.2. Under penalty of assuming that the Products were delivered in good condition, the Customer must immediately deliver the Products received to the respective transport company and duly justify the reason for delivery in the “Delivery Proof”, delivery note or equivalent document provided by the conveyor.
2.3. The Customer must also contact DOMUS CAPITAL SA through the communication channels defined in these Conditions, taking into account the conditions detailed in the following topics:
» In order to return the Order, the Product must be in perfect condition and, if applicable, in its original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase or invoice;
» The return of defective Products and mistaken shipments is admitted, DOMUS CAPITAL being responsible for shipping and collection costs whenever the Customer communicates this circumstance within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the Product.
2.4. Once the Product has been received and after validating its status, DOMUS CAPITAL SA will proceed with the refund in accordance with the conditions defined in the chapter referring to the right of free termination of the Contract in these Conditions.
2.5. DOMUS CAPITAL is not responsible for deficiencies arising from incorrect use, negligence, poor storage conditions or causes of force majeure.
2.6. The Customer must indicate in the communication, as well as when sending the Product by mail, the Order number or the number of the documents that accompanied the Order, and may attach images of the packaging as received and of the respective Products.
2.7. The Customer must always keep the original packaging of the Order to claim damages and/or any irregularities in the Products delivered, under penalty of not accepting the respective claim request.
